Key Lime Pie Creami

 

Servings: 1 pint
Prep Time: 5 minutes (+ freeze time)
Creami Setting: Lite Ice Cream or Ice Cream


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt (or full-fat for creamier texture)

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • 2 tablespoons key lime juice (fresh or bottled)

  • 2–3 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute (adjust to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Zest of 1 lime (optional, for more citrus punch)

  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix (optional, for that pie flavor boost)

  • Pinch of salt

Mix-in (after first spin):

  • 1–2 crushed graham crackers or sugar-free alternative


Instructions:

  1. Mix base:
    Whisk all ingredients (except the graham crackers) together in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Freeze:
    Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze on a level surface for 24 hours.

  3. Spin:
    After freezing, remove lid and insert into the Creami machine. Spin on Lite Ice Cream or Ice Cream setting.

  4. Re-spin if needed:
    If crumbly, add a splash of milk (1–2 tbsp) and re-spin.

  5. Add mix-in:
    Add crushed graham crackers and use the Mix-In setting.

  6. Serve & enjoy!
    Top with extra graham cracker crumbs, lime zest, or a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
